BUY THE WINE

Michel Bettane: Not full-bodied; for early and seductive drinking, less concentrated than classified growths, but pure, elegant, and tasty. 15.5

Thierry Desseauve: Gold color, good aromas, but no complexity; balanced, supple. 15

Michael Schuster: Yellow gold; still dumb to smell; light, fresh, lemony; medium-sweet (especially in today’s sugar-rich context), gently minerally, an easy, refreshing apéritif style, of modest complexity and good length. Nice to have this refreshing apéritif style (no lack of sugar, it is important to say) in the Sauternes range. Now to 2022. 14.5+
