Essi Avellan: Medium-deep peachy salmon color. Youthful, bright, fruity/berried nose. Tart fruit-forward palate without dimensions. Dry and highly acidic. 15

Simon Field: Pale salmon color. Soft, slightly confected nose of redcurrant and poached pear. The palate is unnervingly dry, with supple tannins buttressing a crisp red-fruit structure. A meaningful match for fruits de mer. 16
