Michael Schuster | On the nose, a slightly milky oak above the blackcurrant and gravel impressions; a beautifully balanced Pibran, full, fresh, nicely concentrated, finely tannic; a deliciously rich and juicy fruit- core here, long and succulent and satisfying, with a subtle gravel aromatic element and excellent length, all within a notably fine texture. A particularly fine performance, which recalls the remarkable 1990 but with more finesse. 2028–40+.
