Michael Schuster | Ripe, plummy fruit to smell; full, fresh, moderately concentrated, finely tannic; a softly ripe fruit-core, slightly warm from the alcohol, very Merlot in its easy, flowing character, all within a lightly defining tannin, and with very nice sweet length. It will be a crowd-pleasing Pauillac relatively early, but it will not lacking staying power either. Excellent Tourelles. 2026–35+.
