Michael Schuster | A pretty blackcurrant fruit on the nose, with a light gravel impression; nicely balanced midweight, with a fresh acidity and moderate tannin; a fresh, blackcurrant Cabernet fruit, new-wood-tinged, quite juicy, with a gentle Margaux-Merlot fleshiness and finesse, and good light length. A touch dry in new wood texture, but this will be a pleasing Margaux in a decade or so. 2030–45+.
