BUY THE WINE

Bruno Besa | Golden with amber highlights. Rich, mature, nuts and cooked yellow-fruits nose. Hay and dried nuts. Mature, rich palate, with layered, developed yellow fruit. Fairly long and clean. | 90

Andrew Jefford | A full mid-gold. Gentle, mushroom-like aromas characterize this older wine. Full and weighty on the palate, but there is nothing to suggest to me that this isn’t a rather simple wine that has been aged overlong. Still drinkable, but I wouldn’t wait long from here. | 86

Michael Palij | Medium gold, very developed, slightly phenolic character on the nose. Not exactly oxidized, but it pushes the boundary of what is acceptable, with coffee aromas and notes of honey, almond, and butter. Needs drinking. | 87
