BUY THE WINE

Bruno Besa | Pale garnet to tawny rim. A closed and pretty uninspiring nose, with tobacco leaf and some small red fruits. Dried-out palate, little charm. | 85

Andrew Jefford | Very light and clear though with a fine russet glow. The aromas are a little dry and reedy, pinched and rubbery, lacking fresh fruit and fragrant charm. Rather tart, dry, and short. | 81

Michael Palij | Very evolved, garnet hue, the nose shows a similarly developed personality with a curious mix of earthy, vegetal characteristics. On the palate, it’s compact and lean, withatannic core, decent acidity, but rather moribund fruit. | 84
