On the palate, an excellent Soave: everything one hopes for in terms of delicacy and tenderness, still fresh and nuanced, vivid and long. This is not a wine that is ever going to trouble Montrachet or Hermitage, but a very pretty glassful of supremely amenable white wine for a wide variety of foods. | 91
