BUY THE WINE

Bruno Besa | Very pale straw. Refined and clean, complex and mineral, with intense minerality alongside elderflower and green-apple notes. Lively, clean, intense, and mineral, with a long, fresh-sage and crushed-stone finish. | 94

Andrew Jefford | Very pale steel-white. Fresh, fragrant, and grapy: a typecast “Northern Italian” white. There are some nettley, leafy, sappy notes, too. Fine-grained and nervy, slightly crisper than many of its peers, with as much fresh white nut as fruit. Spot-on for the style. | 89

Michael Palij | Tertiary notes of orange marmalade, wax, and stewed peaches mingle with the nutty, stone- fruit notes of Friulano. The finish is simple and direct. | 83
