Bruno Besa | Pale straw with green highlights. Lively, with aromatic herbs, fresh-cut hay, yellow flowers, and hints of flint and mint. Mineral, complex, lively palate, with a long, clean, complex finish. | 93
Andrew Jefford | Bright and silvery. Fresh, light, and pungent, with a little more finesse than many of its peers. Woodland plants and a vanilla sweetness: a very attractive aromatic profile. (Is there a subtle note of oak here?) On the palate, this is very graceful, light-footed, and precise, and once again the apple, pear, and grape fruits have some floral brocade to lend interest. Convincing and vinified with evident care, a Friulano that seems to be trying to move the style parameters a little. | 90
Michael Palij | Very curious, leesy, creamy nose, the lees- contact note dominating the fruit (simple notes of peach, camomile, and guava). The palate is refreshing and correct but lacks any great depth of flavor. | 82
