Essi Avellan: Medium-deep, charry-hued salmon color. Sweet raspberry fruitiness, youthful. Tannic back- palate takes some of the length away. A bit too severe in style. | 85

Simon Field: Generous color, onion-skin with pink tinges; a nose of rhubarb, crushed raspberry, and even a hint of mint; a slightly metallic bruise on the mid-palate undermines an otherwise impressive ensemble, the lick of white pepper on the finish adding the sense of an ending. | 91
