Essi Avellan | Medium-deep color with amber hues. Curious nose, with orange blossom, detergent, and baking spices—not unpleasant, though. Sweet, concentrated palate, with a slightly maderized tones. A kick of acidity on the finish. Lots of fruit and energy left, but the aromas are a bit strange. | 87

Alex Hunt | Golden color and slightly threadbare nose, dominated by pâtisserie and dusty armchair notes. Quite taut on the palate still, with high acid maintaining the focus, but very little effervescence left now. I suspect this has seen better days. | 83

Tom Stevenson | Pale-gold to old-gold color, maderized aromas, but superb acids and impressively lean structure. Great linearity and minerality. Very long, with a super-crisp brut finish. | 90
