Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve | Still discreet, this wine shows a brilliant form, with a fresh build that is ideal in this vintage. We have here one of the St-Emilion grands crus that will evolve most gracefully over time. | 95–96
Michael Schuster | Ripe black-cherry nose; rich, full, and firmly but finely tannic, fresh, a lovely balance; deep, sweet, long, and sappy while remaining pure and transparent; classic St-Emilion delicacy within the still very slightly oak-dry texture; long to taste, beautifully textured, considerable finesse, and clear aromatic complexity. Beautiful wine. The best Larcis Ducasse I can recall. 2028–40+. | 92–93+
