Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve: Fairly supple but with elegant tannins; crushed ripe fruit, lively on the palate, soft but long on the finish; refined and lively. 17
Michael Schuster: ripe blackberry fruit to smell; dense, structured middleweight wine, firm in tannin, fresh in acidity; freshly ripe to taste, a concentrated, sweet-cored, red- and black- fruit flavor, a bit dominated by its structure; pure, vital, gently complex, and with excellent fruit length. Very nice but needs ten years. 2020–30. 16
