Michael Schuster | Characteristically Cabernet Franc-fragrant to smell; medium-full, fresh, finely tannic; fragrant, vital, a touch of herbaceousness in the nicest sense (the Cab Franc), long and refined to taste, with a very slight austerity in the year, a touch of warmth; subtle, restrained, aromatic, feminine, and with excellent length.
