Andrew Jefford | Dark black-red in color. Cool and curranty, plus a faint cedary warmth. A savory note, too. Very smooth, with low levels of tannins—and better warmth and ripeness than many, so the fruits are modulating toward savoriness already. Balanced and accessible, though personally I’d like to find just a little more tannin. 2018–20. | 85
Michael Schuster | Light red fruit and fine gravel nose; supple, elegant, fresh mid-weight claret, very light in tannin; red-fruit ripe, quite fragrant, harmonious and complete at a lower level, and with a nice length of flavor and finish. Now to 2026+. | 87
