Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve | A great floral style here, deep, silky tannins, with a great flourish of violets to finish. As well as showing the velvety nature and classic aromatic elegance of this property, there is a depth and tannic structure of great refinement. | 96

Michael Schuster | Mineral and ripe red-fruit fragrant to smell; nicely concentrated, fairly full for Conseillante, with the year’s vivid acidity plus a very fine-grained tannin, a lovely balance; long, elegant, freshly sweet, deliciously vital, subtly mineral, very nicely sustained across the palate, complex, racy, refined, a very classy combination of fruit and scent, and very persistent to finish—the very fine quality of the Cabernet Franc making itself clearly felt this vintage. Really lovely Conseillante. 2017–40+. | 93–94+
