Neil Beckett | Normally a blend of three parcels, but in 2016 winemaker Lucie Depuydt used only the best (the lowest), 30% fermented in 300-litre barrels (none new). Lemon-gold. A gourmand aspect to the nose, but also clean, pure quince fruit and a mineral smokiness. Rich, round, supple, and flowing, but also enough concentration to hold its shape well, through a flourishing finish of very good length. | 90
