Bruno Besa | Deep ruby to garnet. Open nose of small black fruits, some new oak, complex and layered. Full body, with refined tannins and a long, mineral finish. Needs time to show its best. | 92
Stephen Brook | Sweet generous red fruits on the nose, and a touch of oak, ripe and almost opulent. Suave attack, juicy and up front, yet backed by firm tannins that give it structure. A lot of spice here rather than acidity. Needs more time to show complexity and harmony but has excellent potential. Long. | 92
Andrew Jefford | Deep clear red. Fresh, pure, refined: old furniture and polished wood. Cream beneath: a very fine aromatic profile, complex, engaging, subtle, and teasing. Incense notes, too: the church after mass. This is deep, dense and layered and exuberant, with a little complexing bitterness on the finish. | 90
