BUY THE WINE

Gerard Basset: Medium-deep yellow. Nutty character with also some dried flowers. Rich structure, baked fruit but not very exciting. 11

Marcel Orford-Williams: Clean fruit, some illusionary charm. Woody and of no real interest. 11

Roy Richards: Menthol, eucalyptus nose. New oak on palate. A worthy wine, but oak kicks in on finish. A travesty of Alsace. 10
