Jancis Robinson: Red/garnet. Dark fruit, cigar-box hints, subtle; deep fruit, alive, still fresh. Excellent balance, some austerity on the finish and still vigorous. Could almost be described as ‘delicious’. 17

Jeremy Watson: Good colour, lovely aromas and plenty of fruit and tannins in the mouth. Good structure and an elegant wine that still has life. 17.5
