BUY THE WINE

Jesús Barquín: Very pale. The nose opens with spicy oak notes soon overpowered by a remarkable fruit weight. Intense and long, with an excellent future ahead once it integrates with bottle age. 89

Andrew Jefford: Pale gold. The aromatic profile isn’t totally successful; some faintly reduced notes, a little fruit, but barely registering on the screen; extreme discretion. Relatively short, light flavors, though nothing unpalatable. 79

Richard Mayson: Very pale lemon-yellow in hue; vague aroma of apples and a touch steely on the nose, but not much else; crisp, appley fruit with a touch ofcreamy depth toward the finish, fresh and easy to drink but quite simple and straightforward in style. 82
