Stephen Brook: Medium straw. Rich, ripe, peachy nose; tangerines, too. Stylish and balanced. Burly, rounded, a touch flat in texture, not tiring but it lacks some complexity and zest. This seems fully ready and fades on the finish. Quite good length. 16

Simon Field: Spice, terroir and ripe fruit. Eloquent, maturing gracefully and with real charm and style. Terroir and fruit, ripeness and acidity in tandem. A delightful wine: young and full of potential. 18

Roy Richards: Soft, buttery, not much varietal sense. Late picked but still positively Riesling. A different expression from others: more voluptuous. Nonetheless, fresh and, of its style, excellent. 18.5
