Michael Schuster: Mid-gold; lightly waxy and honeyed nose, currently a touch woody; moderately concentrated, middleweight wine with nice freshness, but not a great deal of depth; medium-sweet, quite refined, but rather slight flavor, and only medium length on the finish. Pleasing, but not up to the potential of the cru, or the best of the vintage. Apéritif style Sauternes. May keep pleasantly, but probably best drunk young. Bottled wine less impressive than the en primeur sample. Now to 2016 15+
