Nicolas Belfrage: (cc: water-pale = 1; deep gold = 9) cc3. Herbal, mineral, medicinal aromas; dry with perfect viscosity and acid/fruit balance. Serious white wine, with no concessions to sweetness. Not immediately enjoyable; for the more patient connoisseur. Could age very well-17.5

Marcel Orford-Williams: Very yellow, closed. This is different, though not for everyone. There is personality and character. Very full, dry, strong, oily, fat, and altogether quite splendid. Bring on the mushroom risotto, and add a few shavings of choice truffle! -19

Joanna Simon: Bright, medium-pale. Honeyed, spicy, grapefruity aromas. Full, dry, concentrated palate, with mineral, appley, peppery flavors and a creamy, creamy texture. Stony, dry finish. Long, intense, and gently framed by acidity-16.5
