Andrew Jefford: A light-hued full gold. Tangy, bready, grainy, seaweedy: classic and attractive. Quite a weighty mouthful (semi-pasada, I would guess) but very pure, long, and freighted, with bready dry richness with some ginger and green-olive umami. Good Manzanilla en rama. 90
Peter Liem: This is subtle and detailed, its savory, saline notes of flor showing a hidden complexity. It shows the refinement of long aging, and it finishes with a quiet yet intense persistence. This should become even more expressive with another year or two in bottle. 94
