Jesús Barquín: Pale yellow. A hint of oxidation over a good biological background, good intensity, notable aromatic complexity. Flavors mirror the nose, pleasantly harmonious, with a dry and pungent finish. 90

Andrew Jefford: Pale green-gold. It doesn’t exactly look like a pasada, yet the pronounced toasted-almond note on the nose is very different to its peers. Appetizing. Lots of depth here, and that toastedalmond note is very apparent on the palate, too. Doesn’t have a lot of verticality or layering of flavor, but the style, length, and character is first-rate. Salty finish. 91

Peter Liem: Intensely savory and Marmite-like, this is rich in body and assertive in flavor, with a concentrated depth on the palate and a subtle detail on the finish. It’s demanding in tone, really needing food to balance its forceful personality. 91
