Jesús Barquín: Straw yellow, almost transparent. Fresh, lemony nose, clean. Light mouthfeel, pungent, with deceptive lightness. Mineral and refreshing, an excellent example of commercial Fino. 91

Andrew Jefford: Steel green-gold. Clean and fresh, though not particularly characterful. Lively, mouthwatering, saline, and packed with green-olive umami. A down-the-line classic that delivers exactly what you want, though in a slightly less showy, allusive, and detailed manner than the best of its peers. 89

Peter Liem: This is straightforward and linear in build, without a lot of detail or expression. It would be pleasant to drink, but it seems quite stunted by its filtration. 84
