Michel Bettane: Lovely aromas and velvety texture. Super Merlot flavor and tannin; everything seems natural and expressive. Very deft and honest winemaking, and with a great future 18

Thierry Desseauve: Elegant and precise; lots of charm; brilliant expression of the cru 17

Michael Schuster: A fine sweet nose; nicely balanced St- Emilion in the (currently) fashionable oakdried style; freshly ripe fruit, gentle complexity, nice length—all within that rather wood-dry texture. Good, if not to my own taste. 2016–24+ 16
