Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve: Very fresh and precise fruit, with an elegant entry and no hint of roughness. Deeply svelte and velvety, lovely freshness. Incontestably brilliant. 17/17.5

Michael Schuster: (Tasted only at the Union des Grands Crus tasting.) Sweetly ripe to smell; and to taste too, a fairly concentrated core of sweet fruit, long in the mouth and with good, scented length. The samples here were a bit oak dry, but the primary matter seems very good. 2014–20. 15.5+
