Michel Bettane and Thierry Desseauve: Just the sort of Hosanna one would expect of a good vintage: a hint of exuberance, plus those characteristic notes of cocoa and a terrifically smooth and refined texture. 17
Michael Schuster: Sweetly ripe and gently oaky to smell; nicely balanced in its typically restrained, medium-bodied style; warm, sweet, fleshy, pure, lightly tannic; long, graceful, fragrant, floral, not big but fine, and with lovely, scented length. Very typical, very nice, likely to be accessible relatively early. 2013–23. 16/16.5+
