Michael Schuster: Dark, mature, brick-rimmed mahogany red; remarkably mature nose, characteristic of full bottle maturity from a hot year, but very ripe Merlot in style: caramel, fruit cake, brown sugar in character, a full blown bouquet on the nose – at ten years of age; soft and full with a light dry tannin; full, easy, open, plump and very ripe fruited, with all the characters on the nose also to taste on the palate, moderate complexity, and good, sweet fruity length. Very Attractive now; Now-2020+
