Nicolas Belfrage: Correct medium depth. Clean, fresh nose, with herbs and flowers hinted at. Pleasantly balanced wine, with all the characteristics of an early drinker, yet with the structure of one that could last well. Not obvious but stylish- 17.5:
Bruno Besa: Deep garnet to lively, tawny rim. Intense, defined, and layered nose, with prunes, figs, tar, and hints of oriental spices. Medium to full body, with clean, balanced palate and lively red fruit and fairly long finish. Very well-made classic Nebbiolo- 16.5:
Jancis Robinson: Clear, dark blackish ruby. Herbal leaf mold aromas. A tiny bit stodgy, and with no aromatic lift. Correct but not exciting. Drink 2016–26- 15.:
