Tim Atkin: Developed mid-straw. Oxidative, cider-apple nose. Evidence of wild yeast fermenation or possibly “natural” winemaking. The alcohol seems quite high on this, the flavors a little muddy and confused, with marked bitterness on the palate and an acid finish. The would-be complexity doesn’t come off 13

Nicolas Belfrage: 1 = color of water and 9 = deep gold: Col 2. Clean and fresh without great character. Very dry, with slightly searing acidity; lacks the floral note that characterizes the best. Correct but slightly hard work 14

Alex Hunt: Already quite developed, with a golden color and a nose of white toast and acacia honey. The palate is a little doughy and tired for a wine of this age. The fruit is masked, while the acid is on the low side 14
