Stephen Brook: Good aromatic attack, with lively minerality and a crisp citric tone. Medium-bodied, supple, silky; more discreet than the nose, lacks some persistence, and has a candied finish. At present, lacks complexity and length, but I suspect the minerality will prevail in due course. 16

Margaret Rand: A touch of ripe apples; good concentration and good elegance. Correct and well balanced, quite soft-edged in spite of the acidity—very ripe—and good length. 15

Jancis Robinson: Hazelnut cream and just a hint of glucose on the nose. Round and sleek with no shortage of acidity. Quite heavy and beefy, but great balance overall, thanks to that very clean, bracing acidity. Drink 2010–20. 17.5
