Nicolas Belfrage: Col code 2. Trying to be Burgundy, not making it. Acidity a bit flat, too much of the cidery component, flat lines on finish. Pretentious. 2nd bottle better but not a lot. 1st bottle probably slightly corked. 2nd bottle worth another 1 point. 12.5
Michael Edwards: Evolving color, pale gold dominating; surmature fruit-laden nose, a little too much. Slightly better on palate with a grip of acidity but there’s a bitter touch to the finish. I’d like to see a little more freshness. A little faulty. Second bottle fresher, less bitter and corky. 15
Franco Ziliani: Pale-yellow color with many metallic reflects on the glass. Very elegant, subtle nose, very salty and mineral, with a great essentiality and without a large expression. More flowery than fruity. Well made, very nice, fruity on the palate, but too simple now, with a good freshness but without complexity. 14
