Michel Bettane: Classical Haut Bommes, refined but discreet nose, evident noble rot, rich, even opulent, slight lack of freshness. 17

Thierry Desseauve: Paler gold than the others, candied fruit and minerality, well balanced. 17

Michael Schuster: Deep gold; closed as yet, but very Semillon waxy to smell; rich and fresh; very sweet but still a little marked by its new wood as both a flavor and a slight hardness of texture; that said, a nice richness of flavor, with both a good length in the mouth and on the finish. A very nice defining, and leavening, acidity. 2016–25+. 16
