Michael Schuster | Dense and closed for the moment; full, brisk, firm in tannin. Ripely fruited, of modest complexity, within a chewy texture. This will really need a robust, solid platter as partner. It will doubtless mellow with age, but the straightforward fruit core really wants to be enjoyed young. Just seems a bit at odds with itself.
