Michael Schuster | The nose is a touch dominated by its new wood for the moment; full, concentrated, fresh enough, and firmly tannic; deep and sweet and 2019-powerful, super-ripe in flavor, moderately complex, and with nice length to finish. Not (without tasting them next to each other), perhaps, the class and finesse of the lovely ‘18? 2027–40+.
