It’s even more concentrated on the palate, denser, with a saltier style, making this a difficult pair to mark. [Tsiakkas Winery Promara Lemesos Cyprus 2018] has an aromatic finesse that this wine lacks, yet in terms of weight, depth, and drive to sip this is a more exciting wine perhaps to sit down with at table. | 89

Demetri Walters | Quite herbal on the nose and somewhat restrained on the palate. But the fruit emerges on the palate. There’s a refreshingly green sappiness to this wine that works well with the stone fruit. Notable freshness plumped out by marked extract and a little tannic grip. Very satisfying. | 92
