BUY THE WINE

Alison Buchanan: Rich yellow-gold, this has an attractive candied-apple character, with some mineral notes. The palate equally offers sweet apple fruit with some melon and floral notes. Although all the nuances are positive, this is still, as with many, a bit of a jellyfish – spineless. 12.5

Nicolas Belfrage: Better nose than the palate, biscuity/bready. Okay concentration in mouth at first, but falls away in middle; comes back towards end, and falls away again on finish. 12

Alex Hunt: Little aroma. Nice, fleshy palate, with a bit of peach/pear fruit, but straightforward. 12
