BUY THE WINE

Bruno Besa | Light straw. Clean, high-toned nose, with fresh herbs, yellow and white fruits, lemon peel, and fresh mint. Balanced palate, with clean fruit and a long, inviting finish. | 89

Andrew Jefford | Steel white. Creamy, with a little as-yet- undeveloped summer fruit. Fresh, lively, subtle, with much better concentration than most of the wines in our Northern cohort; a very good wine in the clean and reductive style, and the intrinsic interest of the variety is in clear evidence here. Fresh, pure, and long, and surely with more to give over the next year or two. | 90

Michael Palij | Powerful and complex nose, with white pepper, pear, melon, gooseberry, grapefruit pith and blossom. This follows through in the mouth with a fat mid-palate and attractive biscuity notes. Some length and a lick of acidity to shore up the fruit. | 86
