Michel Bettane: Straw colour verging on amber. Lovely autolysis; masterfully blended; chalky character. An exuberant, very classical Champagne with bags of class. 17
Simon Larkin : Green-gold appearance, moderate bead. Creamy, white-flower aromatics. Vibrance evident on the palate, with youthful, toasty fruit, but leanness behind. A real cut of acidity here, and drive too - a high-acid vintage. Good mousse, finely poised, and with the promise of more complexity to come. Lingering creamy-citrus nuances. 15
Anthony Rose: Pale yellow-gold, good, persistent bead. Nice rich toastiness on the nose, intensely aromatic, clean, fresh and inviting; a rich palate of mouth-filling bubbles, withatouch of honey. Elegantly dry and crisp, well-made, expressive Champagne with good finesse to it. 16
