BUY THE WINE

Stephen Brook: Rich, appley nose, slight phenolic tone but not obtrusive. Medium-bodied, a bit slack; pretty but lacks depth and concentration; light acidity, little minerality. Fades on the finish, modest length. 13

Andrew Jefford: Full green-gold. Grubby and terse. Mosel on auto-pilot, and not wholly clean, though I assume that the others consider that another bottle won’t make much difference and I’m sure they're right, 10

Jancis Robinson: Sweet, coconut, a bit flabby. Just sweetness and old-fashioned filter-pad notes. Drink 2008-13. 14.5
