Nicolas Belfrage: Good compromise between modern and traditional style, oak works well with cherry fruit, which has good but not excessive concentration. Good length and type. Drink 2014–2020+. 15

Roy Richards Reductive, oak reduction, toasty staves. This is small barrel, too much winemaking. There is no fault – this is a question of style and authenticity. 14

Franco Ziliani: Ruby-violet color of medium intensity. The nose is not particularly expressive, with wild earthy and mineral notes, aromatic herbs, and ripe fruit. Good fresh solid structure, with firm tannins, well-balanced with interesting acidity. Good persistence and a vertical finish; good potential for ageing. 15
