Jasper Morris: Harvested October 17, 13.9% ABV, all destemmed, 100% new wood for 16 months. The color shows graceful maturity. The bouquet, too, is more in roses than peonies: Summa appears softer than Rochioli, unless it is the vintage speaking. Graceful finish. Enjoyable, and the fruit creeps back quite a while later. Very slightly dry finish. |
