Jesús Barquín: Deep yellow. A hint of spirit in the nose, not particularly marked by biological character. The nose is dominated by fresh hay aromas, but the palate displays an interesting combination of firm structure and complex, delicate flavors. Very dry finish. 92

Andrew Jefford: Pale gold in color. Chamomile toffee: slightly odd in style and a little bit tired. This is what you find in the mouth, too, though in fact I think the raw materials are quite good here, and it has simply lingered a little too long in bottle. Bready, pure, and structured, with impressive concentration; held back simply by that slightly tired note. 87

Peter Liem: This shows a round depth of flavor and an intensely saline finish. It’s long and focused in structure, with a highly individual personality. 90
