Jesús Barquín: Golden yellow, clean. Muted herbal nose, with a hint of laurel bay. The palate is more expressive, with lemony notes, good structure, tension, and a saline finish. 90

Andrew Jefford: Pale straw-gold. Lots of dry refinement here, but less overt breadiness and yeastiness than some of its peers; a restrained aromatic style that leaves you looking around for the things you hope to find. On the palate, this is rich, tangy, full, gratifying, bready, and long, with salty edges: excellent Manzanilla, despite the quiet aromatic style. Very refined delivery, right to the last. On the palate, this has better concentration, poise, and finesse than many of its peers. 91

Peter Liem: This is rich in flavor but lacks focus and shape on the palate. Its dusty, savory flor character is appealing, as is the vibrant, slightly brash energy that it retains through the avoidance of heavy filtration. 84
