Jesús Barquín: Pale yellow. The nose offers vegetal notes led by fresh hay. It is not particularly intense and penalized by a slight rancio hint. Dry and fresh palate, a commercial Fino that may not impress but is surely a solid match for a variety of dishes. 88

Andrew Jefford: Mid-gold. Yeasty and correct, but in rather broad-beamed, wide-sweep style, without a lot of pungent freshness. This is exactly what the palate delivers, too. Fair, drinkable, but not an overachiever. 83

Peter Liem: This feels conflicted in its sensibility—on the one hand it wants to show the complexity and depth of long aging in barrel under flor, yet its heavy filtration attempts to make it feel lighter and fresher, which is jarring. The result is that it appears stunted in its expression. 83
