Jesús Barquín:Intense brown amber. On the nose, more on the vegetal and tarry side, sort of shy. This is confirmed on the palate, with a somewhat bitter finish. 89

Andrew Jefford:Pale and light russet-walnut alive with glints. Sweet, herbal, and harmonious lavender and thyme drifting over the burnished toffee. And that’s the style here: lavish sweetness and herbal refinement. There are plenty of other 20 Year Olds delivering far more central-palate wealth and fruited warmth—but if you are looking for decadent, almost salty-sweet richness of style combined with the fugitive, ghost-like allusions and aromatic arabesques that come with time, then this is an exceptionally interesting 20 Year Old to take a look at. 92

Richard Mayson:Fine, bright, and mature amber-tawny color; showing a similarly mature, evolved character on the nose, just a touch lifted. Rich, sweet, and suave in style, perhaps more 30 Year Old than 20, with a very sweet, honey-cake finish. 89
